Although Jade has not been at Jungle Tots for long, she is already making a positive impact. Jade consistently demonstrates an outstanding work ethic and a remarkable commitment to excellence. She completes all tasks to the best of her ability and isn’t shy to get stuck into whatever is asked of her.

Jade has seamlessly navigated a change in roles by transitioning to different rooms when required to help the teams. Her capacity to maintain a positive outlook amid transitions has had a great effect on team morale. Furthermore, Jade’s willingness to help her colleagues and be there to support the children when needed by extending her working hours when required shows her strong sense of dedication and teamwork.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, Jade has actively participated in parent events, where her professionalism and genuine interest in fostering positive relationships with parents have shone through.
